POST-THROWING ARM RECOVERY

RESTORE * RECOVER * PREVENT

Restore soft tissue mobility, reduce pain, and regain full range of motion in the shoulder & elbow after pitching. The goal is to prevent overuse injuries and support long-term arm health!

Throwing stresses the entire kinetic chain, especially the shoulder and elbow. Without proper recovery, microtrauma accumulates increasing the risk of:

Rotator cuff tendinopathy

Glenohumeral internal rotation deficit

UCL strain

Posterior shoulder tightness

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Soft Tissue Mobilization - Cupping, ASTYM, and hands-on therapy targeting shoulder, forearm, and back.

Modalities - Electrical stimulation, Cryotherapy, Stemwave, compression and/or contrast bath.

Manual Stretching - Passive ROM and joint mobilizations for shoulder, elbow, and wrist.

Rotator Cuff Activation - Light band work: external/internal rotation, scapular rows, prone Ys/Ts.

Full Body Mobility - Thoracic spine, hips, and ankles to restore kinetic chain function.

BENEFITS:

  • Faster recovery between outings
  • Reduced soreness and stiffness
  • Improved shoulder and elbow range of motion
  • Lower risk of overuse injuries
