We are in network with a variety of commercial insurance carriers including:

 

BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, MCA, Aetna, Lucent Health, Tricare, Healthlink, Health Alliance, Humana, Medicare, ChampVA, Theramatrix, and Tri-West, Hope Trust.

 

In addition to commercial insurance, we accept workman's compensation as well as personal injury claims.  We also accept some of the Medicare Advantage plans including UHC Medicare Advantage. 

 

Please provide your insurance information prior to your first appointment so that our billing team can verify your benefits. This is very important so that we can request a prior authorization if needed and verify your patient responsibility. 

 

How do I know if my treatments will be covered by my insurance?


 As the consumer, you are responsible to know your insurance coverage and benefits. Call your insurance provider and ask for your Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, coverage breakdown. Make sure you know if you have co-pays that apply to each appointment and how much you have applied toward your deductible for the year.

 

Our insurance and billing staff will also verify your therapy benefits prior to your appointment, given the insurance information you provide to us. Our staff will go over the information we receive from your insurance regarding your coverage benefits.
