Brian Joyner, PT, DPT - Owner
Brian Joyner is a highly skilled and dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy. Dr. Joyner has over 31 years of experience specializing in orthopedic injuries, workers comp injuries, sports injuries, joint replacement and so much more! Dr. Joyner is certified in Industrial Medicine, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Functional Movement Screening I-II, Select Functional movement Screening I-II, He is certified in Applied Functional Science, ASTYM, Injury Prevention Specialist, and is a certified Industrial Ergonomic Evaluator.
Robert Robinson, PT
Director of Therapy- Marion Clinic
Rob has over 25 years of experience in the therapy field. 18 years with Joyner Therapy Services. Rob has many different specialty certifications that include ASTYM, Industrial Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention Specialist, SFMA, Functional Capacity Evaluator, and On-Base U Hitting & Pitching specialist. Rob is primarily based out of the Marion facility for JTS where he also serves as the Clinical Coordinator of Education.
Megan Robershaw, MSOT, OTR/L
Regional Director of Therapy
Megan is a registered Occupational Therapist as well as the Regional Director of Therapy for Joyner Therapy. Megan graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a master's degree in OT in 2012. Megan has several different specialty certifications that include LSVT for Parkinson's Disease, ASTYM, Ergonomic Assessments, and most recently Cryotherapy certification.
Lucas Alstat, PT, DPT
Lucas has been a Doctor of Physical Therapy for over 15 years. He has been with Joyner Therapy since the start of his career. Lucas has provided therapy services in multiple settings including long-term care, home health, outpatient orthopedics, and pediatrics. Specialty certifications that Lucas holds include: ASTYM, LSVT for Parkinson's Disease, dry needling, Injury Prevention Specialist for Industrial Rehab, and most recently On-Base U specialty certification.
Noah Stearns, PT, DPT, OCS, GCS
Director of Therapy- Harrisburg Clinic
Noah Stearns, DPT, and Director of Therapy for JTS has over 15 years of clinical experience. Noah's primary focus has been on out-patient orthopedics with a special interest in post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, and geriatric care. Noah has achieved the designation of Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Geriatric Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has also obtained certifications in: ASTYM, Applied Functional Science, Myofascial Decompression, Functional Movement Screening, Sports metrics including anterior cruciate ligament injury prevention, Industrial Ergonomic Specialist, Injury Prevention Specialist and most recently certified through On-Base U.
Nicole Anthony, PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist- Marion
Nicole graduated from the University of Findlay in 2015 where she obtained her doctorate degree in physical therapy. Nicole has worked for Joyner Therapy since 2010. Specialty certifications that Nicole holds includes: ASTYM, and she is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and Balance/Vestibular Therapy.
Lukas Matsel, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Carmi Clinic
Lukas Matsel, DPT has been providing therapy services as the Director of Therapy for JTS at our Carmi facility since 2020. Lukas specializes in out-patient orthopedics including work-comp injury and sports injury. Lukas is certified in ASTYM therapy and Industrial Ergonomic Specialist.
Emily Sumner, MSOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, Marion Clinic
Emily Sumner obtained her master's degree in occupational therapy in 2013. Emily worked as an occupational therapy assistant for 2 years prior to completing her masters. Emily specializes in treating out-patient orthopedics specifically the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. Also, vestibular therapy, and pediatrics.
Paige Bruder, MSOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist, Carmi Clinic
Paige Bruder, OTR/L provides out-patient OT services for Joyner Therapy in Carmi. Paige has experience treating many conditions from shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand injuries and post-surgical care. Paige holds specialty certifications in ASTYM therapy, LSVT for Parkinson's Disease, and she is a certified Industrial Ergonomic Specialist.
Marissa Holmes, DPT
Marissa is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong background in movement science and athletic performance. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville. Marissa was a two-time junior Olympic qualifier in USA Gymnastics, and she also competed as a Division I track and field athlete for SIU.
Abby Tuttle, OTR/L
Abby earned both her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and her master's degree in occupational therapy from Murray State University. During her time at Murry State University, Abby developed a strong foundation in anatomy and human movement, serving as a teaching and graduate assistant for undergraduate anatomy and physiology courses.
