We are in network with a variety of commercial insurance carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, MCA, Aetna, Lucent Health, Tricare, Healthlink, Health Alliance, Humana, Medicare, ChampVA, Theramatrix, and Tri-West. In addition to commercial insurance, we accept workman's compensation as well as personal injury claims.  We also accept some of the Medicare Advantage plans including UHC Medicare Advantage. 

Please provide your insurance information prior to your first appointment so that our billing team can verify your benefits. This is very important so that we can request a prior authorization if needed and verify your patient responsibility.
